Acentria Insurance Brokers was incorporated in Nairobi, Kenya — the founding entity that set the foundation for the wider Group.
Incorporation of Acentria Investments
Acentria Investments was incorporated, extending the Group's reach into investment advisory and asset management solutions.
Incorporation of Acentria International Reinsurance Brokers
Acentria International Reinsurance Brokers was established, enabling the Group to offer specialist reinsurance brokerage services.
Incorporation of Acentria Actuarial & Financial Services
Acentria Actuarial & Financial Services was incorporated, adding independent actuarial consulting and financial advisory capabilities to the Group.
Accreditation in Uganda & Tanzania
Acentria International Reinsurance Brokers received full accreditation to operate in Uganda and Tanzania, deepening the Group's pan-African footprint.
Incorporation of Acentria Technologies
Acentria Technologies was incorporated, bringing bespoke software development and cyber security solutions into the Group's integrated service offering.
